Refunds & Returns

You may return most new, unused items 30 days of delivery. Returns require a return authorization. Subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Order must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.  

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund 4 weeks after giving your package to the return shipper.  

 

If you need to return an item please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.  We will gladly respond with instructions and important information on how to return the items from your order.  Refunds will be remitted to the original method of payment.  

 

Refunds will be on materials only packaging and shipping charges are not refunded unless we made an error.
